Using the “Borg Scale” for intensity guidance with 3 on-screen trainers delivering alternative skill levels the programme adapts to all fitness and technical abilities.

30 minute workout
focused and highly motivated to the individuals needs. The 5 minute warm up, 20 minute main body and 5 minute cool down format ensures the workout can fit into the busiest of lifestyle.
